Is it true that when you buy a voucher in bt2 and use it for make up that you get to keep all the makup used?

my friend tried this and she bought a voucher for 25 euros and got a makeover in bt2. all the makeup used on her was given to her. mac was the maekup used on her and i find t hard to believe that such expensive makelup was given to her!!!! anybody know about this???????? thanks!!!!

the only thing i can think of..is there are some place that they do make overs and what not and the cost is like 50 dollars US. Then when they do the make up, that 50 dollars that they spent to get the makeover can now be used to towards that makeup brand.
